Step 1 Open a new 100x100 canvas and paste this image into it. I cropped this image from one of my magazine scans.

Step 2 Now, duplicate your base layer and set it to screen.

Step 3 Create a new layer and fill it with #CAF9FF. Set the layer property on color burn.

Step 4 Make a new layer. Set the foreground color to #7D0C0C. Select a default circle brush, make the hardness 0% and the size 145. With the brush half off the image [like this], stamp once in the crook of the model's neck. Set the layer property to lighten.
