Note This works best if the image has red and black in it. If it doesn't, your outcome is different.
Step 1 Copy and paste your image into a new canvas. I cropped my image from one of my magazine scans. Name the layer Base.
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.... Just click OK when the pop up comes up.
Input These
settings (brace youself).
Step 2 Creat a new layer. Name it Light Purple. Fill the layer with color #EFBDFF. Set this layer to Soft Light Opacity: 39%.
Step 3 Creat a new layer. Name it Light Cyan. Fill the layer with color #6AE1FF. Set this layer to Color Burn Opacity: 35%.
Step 4 Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.... Just click OK when the pop up comes up.
