Navigation
The site is very easy to navigate. There are four navigation links that lead to directory-style pages.
Header
It's certainly interesting! It's an interesting use if typography. I wonder if she made it or if she just used in in her layout.
Justdging by the font, she just used it in her layout. So... nevermind the praise. It's a nice image, though.
Coding
The coding matches the header perfectly, which is always nice to see. Different fonts are used (Book Antiqua! <3), though not different
effects. I'd like to see some letter spacing...
The coding itself is embedded. I would suject doing an external stylesheet, but it's not necessary.

Avatars/Icons There are three 50 X 50 icons. They're very cute.
Emoticons Aw, I love the moose icons emoticons. These are all pretty cute, though the pink and green ones are a wee bit hard to see.
Inspirational Quote Bars The title of this section made me giggle. I can't actually read them (pixels words strain my eyes).
Pixels These are very cute little pixels! I adore the snow globes and snowmen.
Stock Images There aren't very many which makes me sad. I really like the [fake] flowers and candles. The oranges are nice images, but the lighting
in them is kind of bad.
Website Materials
Backgrounds These are nice, a bit simple, though. Is one of them just grey?
Bullet Points I really like the little Tiaras and the candies. I think you should offer more colors of the bullets, since
most sites have the arrows and round bullets.
Buttons Again, i think more colors are in order here! These are cute buttons; I have not seen pixel crayon buttons before.
Favicons/Dividers I was lazy so I put these together. The Favicons are nicely pixeled but they don't stand out or anything. The dividers
should also be offered in more colors.
Summary
The site offers cute pixels, but if you aren't a pixel lover/collector, this site really isn't for you. Maybe its more of a blog site.
Suggestions
Add more avatars to generate more visitors.
Offer more color options for your pixels.
When taking stock images, make sure you have adequate lighting.
