Title Now I behold thy lovely body. Version 8. Created in Photoshop CS. Best viewed at any resolution, any browser. In use since March 18, 2010. The brushes are my own. The textures are my own. The stocks are from here, here, and my own collection.

This is my webhost. Surprise!
Yet another "ooo I like the layout." What, it was my first impression. The coding matches the image perfectly. Both the image and coding are simple, but look wonderful
and interesting.
I just find it odd that the site's name isn't in the URL. That can pose a problem for those who want to return to your site, but only remember the site's name.
Hay, I'm not in the reviewer's list. =/
Navigation
The site is easy to naviagte, with five main links in the sidebar. The content and tutorials pages are well organized and easy to navigate.
The navigation is a bit too far down for my liking, though. Perhaps move it to the second or third spot in your sidebar?
Header
The header is a simple blend of two images, and considering their odd alignment, they are blended well. There are red/hotpink and green brushes, which are random colors, but oddly do not remind me of Christmas, so kudos.
The site name, and the site's odd url, are featured in the image with the colors of the coding, which makes me happy inside.
I don't think the original images were high quality, though the slight grainyness is possibly intentional. Either way, it's still a nice header.
Coding
It matches the header perfectly! Yaaay! It also makes use of different fonts and text effects, which make it eye-catching.
I do have some issues. The color you chose for the main text is hard to read because it's so small and dark, perhaps lighten it a tad and bring it up a size for those with smaller screen resolutions.
I also noticed you have a code that makes everything one highlights black. I think you should deifinely remove that.
See, when I have trouble reading something, I highlight it, and I'm sure others do that as well. Therefore, it's a little inconsiderate to make highlighted text undreadable.
Content
Premades
Banners I think it should be renamed to "banner," as there is only one. It's not a bad banner, but it's a bit brush cluttered and she covered most of the focus's face.
Blend Bases On the page they are named Blends, but I assumes this still means you can edit them. These are very well made! The are from the same photshoots and the images are sharp and high-quality. But some of them have the same image repeating, which I'm personally not a fan of.
CSS Here she has one CSS form. My issue: where the hell is the preview? How does one know what it looks like?
Icons
Female Celebrities These are pretty boring, actually. They don't really catch my eye. There are only 10, and I don't know who most of them are.
Musicians This should be renamed to "Paramore," as that is the only band featured. These I find more interesting, and look like more time went into them.
Wallpapers
800 X 600 These are really nice, but hardly anyone uses this screen resolution anymore.
1024 x 768 Who is this one of? It's not nearly as good as the others, and the top edge is pixelated.
Resources
Brushes Four sets, three of which are doodled Paramore lyrics, and one of which is "random". The doodle-y ones looks useful, but only if you like/want Paramore lyrics. =/
Color Palettes Why do they all say entourage on them? That's not your site's name, and if that was your old site, it's not that hard to change the name.
These are pointless: three are just shades of the same color, and the other two are not that good.
Textures Of the three [or four?], they look like very nice light textures, but what's this?! I can't click to enlarge them! Are they meant to be this small? If so, rename them to "icon textures".
TutorialsNote These are listed in both the sidebar Navigation links and in the Resources section under Content. I find this a bit redundant.
Adobe Photoshop These are easy to read and follow. Always a good thing. Though I didn't find them particularly useful.
Advanced Pictures I don't know why people always call these techniques "advanced." In any case, these are really nice image effects. I really love number 3.
Icons There is only one, and I honestly like the before icon more. The tutorial is easy to follow.
Layout techniques I love this one! It's very helpful for those that need layout ideas.
HTML/CSS Oh, the textarea one is fun, and a code I didn't know. Bravo, I likes. I'm having too much fun clicking in the textarea. The opacity, too, is a nice little tutorial.
miscellaneous Uploading images onto Photbucket. I always find these kind of tutprials ridiulous. The sites are pretty self explanitory, and the upload form has changed since this tutorial was made.
Entertainment
Reads I do not review articles. There are five, just so you know.
Quizzes There are four. They are mostly MySpace bulletin type "quizzes," and there is one that requires pen an paper.
Summary
The site is a well organized site, and though it has some shortcommings, I'll probably return, expecially for the tutorials. Though there is not a whole lot of content, I see potential in her tutorials.
Sugesstions
Get rid of the banner and your color palettes.
Remove the highlighting code.
Link your textures to the larger image [or] rename them to icon textures.
Make a preview for your premade CSS codes.
Focus more on your blends and tutorials, as those are your best content.
