Title Now I behold thy lovely body. Version 8. Created in Photoshop CS. Best viewed at any resolution, any browser. In use since March 18, 2010. The brushes are my own. The textures are my own. The stocks are from here, here, and my own collection.

This is my webhost. Surprise!
I really liked the color scheme. The header is pretty nice, the site is clean and easy to read, I see good grammar...
Navigation
The naviagtion is easy to find. It's a horizontal bar under the image. It is composed of: Owner, Visitor, Tutorials, Reviews, Hosting, Domain
and Clear. They open into easy to navigate link lists.
Header
It's a love hate relationship. I love the colors used, the brushes, and the textures. I like the font used for the site name, and the image is a sharp and well cut
[but she didn't cut it so... nevermind the praise on that.]
But I hate the 1px stroke line she placed around the model. I also don't like the contrast-glow look on the less saturated image. And, this is probably just my OCD,
but I can't stand how the legs of the model go over the top of the navigation bar. [This apprently only happens in Firefox.]
Coding
The coding is nice. It's simple, easy to read and it matches the header [except for the silver in the model's dress.] Personally
I'd use several fonts, instead of just one. She uses an external stylesheet.
Content
Visitor
Button Templates These are nicely made. Some of them would probably be hard to put text one, but for button bases they aren't
too bad. I suggest making bases in more than just one size, because not everyone uses 88 X 31.
Color Schemes There aren't too many to choose from, but most of the colors go well together.
Emoticons Aw, I like the yellow blobs. The blue blobs are kind of hard to see. I really like the Cute Faces set, but I wish there were more than just
six emoticons. All of the sets are well pixeled.
Icons
Female Icons I must admit, I was a bit disappointed by these icons. Most are boring. They are edited, but for whatever reason they don't grasp me.
Male Icons I like the Johnny Knoxville and Justin Timberlake icons, but I feel the same way for the others as I do for the female icons.
Televison/Movie Icons I love the last three, but the first three are dull [color wise and interest wise.]
Miscellaneous Icons I moslty like these. I just wish some more advanced coloring effects had been used.
PSDs You should probably offer these in PNGS format so those with PSP can use these as well, unless of course PSP uses the PSD format. They appear to be well cut, so I find it odd you used a PSD from another
source in your layout. What is with the pink stroke line around some of them? I hope that is not part of the actuall PSD.
Stock Images Most of these are pertty small for stock images, and there isn't a very large selection. I can't see these being that helful, really, except the
brown cardboard image.
Textures Most of these are small for textures, but generaly seem usable. I'd remove the color blob textures, because anyone can make them on their own.
Tutorials
Coding There are five tutorials in this section. I wouldn't consider "Website Tips" a tutorial. And it shouldn't be under coding.
The rest of these tutorials are easy to follow, and helpful. I have seen these tutorials elswhere, but these are not extremely common, which I think is good.
Cutenews These are easy to read, and would be helpful to those clueless about Cutenews.
Paint Shop Pro 8 These are also easy to read, and yay! there are images to aid you. Does PSP8 not have a strok option? Because the first tutorial seems rather tedious.
Summary
Overall, this was a pleasant site to visit. There's not a whole lot of content, but there is enough to draw visitors.
Sugesstions
When making your icons, try to use coloring effects and textures.
