Very nice layout! Only thing I don't like is the navigation font. =/
Navigation
The navigation is an imagemap on the header. Pardon, it's a rollover. The site is very easy to navigate. I had no trouble finding what I needed
to.
Header
I like it a lot! I really love vintage stuff (as I'm sure everyone knows). The only thing I don't like about it is the font used for
the site's title and navigation. It doesn't go with the image at all. I think a cursive font, or even a book font (Bookman Old Style,
for example) would have looked a lot better.
Coding
The coding matches the header, yay! And it uses different fonts and font effects.
The only thing I would change about its appearance would be to make the main font dark blue instead of black.
The image really doesn't have much black, but there's a lot of dark blue in it not in the coding.
The actual coding though, is incorrect. It is missing the html, head, and body tags. I would also recommend usuing an external stylesheet
instead of having the code embedded.

Blends There are two blends here. I rather like these! Excellent use of textures in the Katy Perry one. Only problem
is that these should open in a new window.
Brushes These are very nice brushes. The flower
set looks like it might be a bit pixely. I can definietely see these being used. I'm just sad that most are very small sets.
Icons The icons are very well made and use good cropping, textures, and interesting coloring. Out of all there are
only three I don't like. The third one in the first row is my favorite.
Layouts These are pretty nice layouts. The coding matches the header images, and the
header images are nicely arranged. But, I have some complaints. First, these layout
previews should open in a new window. Second, why don't the headers go to the top of the browser? This is
what I mean.
Masks I like these masks a lot. You should definitely make more! I would vary the sizes, though.
Stocks and Scans It should be renamed to "Stock and Scan" since there's only one. It's a nice scan/stock, but the edges are a bit pixelly.
Tutorials The tutorials are all for colorizing. I don't know why peole refer to them as "advanced," since it's not that hard...
Anyway, these tutorials are very nice, but I would add an example of what one should have after each step.
Summary
At the moment there is very little on the site, but what is here is nicely made. Because of this, I can't see why people would come back again
and again.
Suggestions
Update more/add new content. What you have is really nice, but you have so little one visit is enough to "take it all in."
