One You MUST have visitor content, like graphics, tutorials and/or resources. This rule can be bent if you befriend me beforeheand.
Two You can be hosted anywhere except Piczo.

Four You must comment my site, either in a blog or in my c-box, at least once a month. I like knowing my affiliates. I will do the same for you.
Five Your graphic design skill must be somewhere near my own. I know it sounds snotty, but I don't want to affiliate with sites I
personally do not admire.
Six You must talk to me at least once before applying such as in c-box comments, blog comments, or via AIM.
Once I've recieved your application, I will visit your site and tell you within two weeks if you are accepted or not.
